I have made a Thanksgiving goose every year for at least 15 years. I have steadily gained on making the perfect bird but I finally found the greatest recipe ever.

This is very rich. Keep servings small. Chocoholics WILL come back for seconds........

1 3/4 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 egg Mix all the ingredient and bake at 375F for 10 to 15 mins
