This is my version of the wonderful dish known as General Tso's Chicken (sometimes also called General Chicken.) I use quite a bit of ground chilies in my recipe. (If you prefer a milder version just reduce the amount of ground chilies.)

Made a few changes, and I got a much healthier but super moist and delicious fresh apple cake (see the linked recipe below). I love making everything healthier without losing great flavor and texture, desserts are definitely one of them, especially I have such a sweet tooth :)
This is not your classic bundt cake that's packed with not-so-good-for-you ingredients. The cake is made with 100% whole wheat flour, grapeseed oil, Greek yogurt, low-fat cream cheese, and fresh raspberries. The ganache doesn't have any butter or cream, it contains cocoa powder, honey, grapeseed oil and Greek yogurt. Super chocolaty, fudgy, moist and packed with goodness.

Next time make your own sauerkraut instead of store-bought, it's so easy to make, and there is no comparison between this two versions. Homemade one tastes a lot better, I just made my second bunch. I finished the first bunch within 3 days :-)

Easy and delicious. I cheated a bit by topping with canned milk chocolate frosting that I nuked for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread. I refrigerated the cake 8 hours before cutting.
