Awesome Recipe! The cookies turned out great! Will definately make again!

Easier to work with. The original recipe called for brandy or grape juice, but I found that if you substitute the orange juice concentrate, it has a nicer flavour.

This delicious pie contains raspberries and white chocolate which is perfect for the season!

This is a good cookie recipe to use up those over ripe bananas.
