This is simple to make and has a beautifully subtle flavor. As per true curries, it uses raw spices instead of some prepackaged curry powder.
The curry and sugar combo is fantastic, I haven't found a person who didn't like this salad.
This Indian inspired paneer dish is full of flavor, using several kinds of spicy, fresh ginger and garlic really give this dish tons of flavor. If you can't find the fresh Indian cheese, feel free to use mozzarella cheese instead.
