Directions

In a sealable bag place all ingredients.

Allow roast to marinate for approximately 1½ hours or longer. Place on grill, fat side down.

Grill first side 8 minutes, turn and baste.

Grill another 8 minutes.

Slice roast into 1 to 2 inch thick slices.

They will be rare, place back on grill for another 30 seconds or so each side.

Place on warmed plate.
