2 cups chipotle salsa
1 cup dark mexican beer
1 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp adobo sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
3 Tbsp cornstarch
24 corn tortillas
diced avocado, sour cream optional

Directions
place pork in a lsrge deep glass bowel; add salsa and beer. cover and refridgerate at least 12 hours, turning pork occasionally.
lightly coat the cooker with nonstickc ooking spray. place pork, fat side up, in slow cooker; pour marinade over top. add onion, adobo sauce, garlic, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. cook, covered, on low 8 to 10 hours or until
