Use this dry spice rub to dry-rub and marinate the pork before making your pulled pork, it adds tons of deliciousness into your pulled pork. It's easy to make, and it can be kept for at least a few months.
In a small bowl mix together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, ground cumin, black pepper and salt to create the spice rub.
Put the spice rub into a small jar and well seal it.
Keep in a cool dry place, and it can last for a few months.
