Directions
Sauté onions in butter.
Remove onions from pan.
Cut up scallops and sauté in butter.
Add onions, scallops and potatoes to boiling water.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add scalded milk and simmer 15 minutes.
Add seasoning.
