Ingredients

2 cups strawberries
cold

4 teaspoons sugar
1 x mint leaves

Directions

In food processor, blend all ingredients.

Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.

Garnish with mint leaves.

Variations: Substitute raspberries, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, or nectarine for strawberries.
