I've had a lot of pasta salad in my time. I addicted. But it's almost never as satisfying as I expect it to be . . . unless I make it myself! It's really easy to make, too!

Ingredients
1 pound of tri-color spiral pasta
2 handfuls of chopped peppers (red, green, yellow mix)
1 1/2 handfuls of chopped red onion.
1/2-1 bottle of italian dressing
Parmesan cheese to taste
other ingredients you can add:
-sliced seedless black olives
-cubes of ham or salami
-cubes of cheese
-fresh raw vegetables (broccoli, plum tomatoes)
Note: I buy my vegetables pre-chopped.
Directions
- Cook your tri-color pasta.
- Rinse with cool water, cover, and refrigerate.
- When pasta is cool, add in your chopped peppers and onion.
- Add any other optional ingredients you like. (for me, it's usually just the black olives)
- Add half a bottle of Italian dressing and toss.
- Add grated parmesan cheese to taste.
- Refrigerate.
- After an hour, if the pasta salad has soaked up any of the dressing, add more (up to the rest of the bottle) to make sure the pasta salad isn't dry.
- Serve and enjoy!
