warm
4 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ cups rye flour
1 ½ cups bread flour
2 ½ teaspoons yeast, active dry

Directions

Makes 1½ pound loaf.

For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 1½ ounces warm water.

For Panasonic machines, use 4 teaspoons yeast.

For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 1½ ounces warm water.
