Directions
Combine peanut butter with yogurt, juice garlic honey and cumin in a bowl, mix well.
Brush schnitzels with yogurt mixture.
Add schnitzels toheated, greased griddle pan (or grill or BBQ), cook until browned on both sides and just tender.
