Ingredients

6 each pork loin chops

Marinade

6 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container.

Dry rub meat with spice mixture.

Marinate meat overnight.

Sear and roast in a 350℉ (180℃). oven for 15 minutes and place on a serving platter.
