Ingredients

2 pounds green beans
fresh, 1"pieces
3 cups water
salted, boiling
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 ounces mushrooms, canned
sliced, canned
½ cup butter
melted

Directions

Place beans in saucepan containing boiling walted water.

Add salt and sugar.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes; drain. Sauté mushrooms in butter and add to beans.
