Directions

Brown pepper and onion until crisp tender.

Set aside.

Brown chicken.

In saucepan, mix and heat pineapple juice, vinegar, brown guar, ginger, and garlic.

Add either 1 tablespoon cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into sauce above. Heat to thicken.

Mix together. Serve over rice.
