Fruit Ginger Drops
cake mix, gingerbread
mixed dried fruit
Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Mix gingerbread mix and water.
Stir in candied fruit and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 min.
About 3 dozen cookies.
Gumdrop Ginger Drops: Substitute ⅔ cup cut-up gumdrops for the candied fruit.
Mincemeat Ginger Drops: Substitute 1 cup prepared mincemeat for the candied fruit.
