Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil
large Pasta nest
Italian cheese

Directions

Mix the McCormick seasoning in a gallon size zip lock bag according to direction on package, Set it to the side for now. Cut chicken breast. I cut length wise and then cut the length into large squares. Now put the chicken into the McCormick seasoning and seal the zip lock bag. Let it sit over night in the refrigerator, until the next day when you are ready to cook. This will gives the chicken a really awesome taste and aroma.

The next day when you are ready to amaze the family: Preheat oven to 375 In a heated sauteing pan, add a small amount of olive oil. Using tongs remove chicken from bag and add to sauce pan, there will be seasoning mix left in the bag. You can also dumped the entire contents of the zip lock into the pan depending on the type of pasta you use. Sauté the chicken. Keep a low to medium heat in your pan and cook until there is no pink in your chicken. This should take about 8 to 10 minutes. But check to be sure your chicken done.

About this time the smell from the kitchen should bring everyone reeling in with oohs and ahhs.

Cook the pasta of your choice, following direction on box, adding a little olive oil to the pasta water.
I am using large pasta nest. I remove them from the boiling while the pasta is still a little firm.
 Drain, but do not rinse.
Spray a large <a href="/how-to/baking-pan-dish-volume-guide-332" title="Baking Pan and Dish Volume Guide">baking dish</a> with Pam,
now add each individual nest to the baking dish.
Divide equally the remaining seasoning mixture from the zip lock bag into each nest.
Add the chicken
Top with the diced tomatoes and the Italian cheese.
I like to use grated Parmesan and Asiago.

Baked for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melting.
Remove from oven and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.

My family love when I make this, hope yours will too. :)
