Directions
In small bowl combine eggs, milk and salt.
Add cinnamon.
Preheat skillet at 350℉ (180℃).
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Leave 4 slices bread in skillet.
Fry I grill golden brown, flip, brown on other other side.
Repeat procedure for additional 4 bread slices.
Serve hot with maple syrup, jelly or honey.
