Easy Sour Cream Banana Bread
This is a great, super healthy,and yummiest banana bread! It tastes so moist and delicious that it never lasts more than a couple days, if that. Some of the ingredients have been modified to the original recipe.

1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (you can eliminate this; will still come out great)
3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
4 Heaping Tablespoons Sour Cream
3 Large Bananas
1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
1/4 Cup Steel-Cut Oats OR Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 Cup Walnuts (optional)
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (you can eliminate this; will still come out great)

Directions
1) MIX all ingredients together & place in a pan that has been prepared with butter & dusted with flour. 2) PREHEAT the oven to 350℉ (180℃) - Bake 35 to 60 minutes depending on pan used. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Makes 2 small or 1 large loaves.
- NO alterations required for high altitude except to increase cooking time.
