A class Swiss cheese fondue.

Low Fat, Low Cholesterol, Trans-fat Free, Low Carb, Sugar-Free
 

Ingredients

1 cup water
4 cups swiss cheese
*
2 cups sauterne wine
*
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Place in top part of double boiler and place directly on burner and bring to boil.

Put pan in bottom of double boiler and all ingredients except the Swiss cheese.

Add 3 Tbl. cornstarch, softened with water.

Add the cheese and stir until cheese melts.

Put into fondue pot.
