Comforting Cheesy Melty Rice Casserole

This chicken and rice casserole is full of cheese and creamy goodness. This dish becomes a gluten-free main dish if you use a gluten-free cream of chicken soup, gluten-free sour cream and gluten-free bouillon.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Combine ingredients except for rice and ½ cup of cheese in bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Add rice and stir to incorporate. Bake 20 minutes and then top with remaining cheese. Bake another 5 minutes to melt.
Serve with tostadas, chips, or warmed tortillas.
