Broccoli Chicken & Curry Sauce

Mom's famous recipe. We've been eating this since the 80's, when nobody knew what curry was.

Ingredients

Mix together:
1 c mayo
2 cans cream of chicken soup (optional)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 T butter
1 t lemon juice
3/4 t curry powder

Cook and drain a head of broccoli, or use frozen.

2 c cooked turkey or chicken, cut into cubes. You can also use canned chicken or turkey.

2 c cooked turkey or chicken, cut into cubes. You can also use canned chicken or turkey.

Directions

Put chicken and broccoli in a 9 x 12 " buttered casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture on top. Top with corn flakes if desired. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Note: leave out the meat for a delicious vegetarian dish.
