Directions

Brown beef in oil.

Break meat into tiny rice size pieces.

Place onion soup and half of cooked beef into a blender and process on high speed until it resembles cement mortar.

Place with unblended beef into 2½ qt saucepan.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended.

I'm sure this Chili is good but this isn't Bert's Waffle House chili.

Missing the sausage. But it is close. We used a dry mix when I worked for them. We would add burger, sausage. Onions and tomato juice to the dry mix with water. To news waffle House does not sell the mix.
