Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

1 1/2 to 2 lbs brussels sprouts
1/2 c olive oil
3 Tbsp garlic
3 tsp paprika
3/4 c balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 to 2 lbs brussels sprouts
1/2 c olive oil
3 Tbsp garlic
3 tsp paprika
3/4 c balsamic vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Clean and trim the brussel spouts, then cut them in fours.
Arrange sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and garlic.
Roast until brown, roughly 25-30 minutes.
About 5 minutes prior to bringing brussels sprouts out of the oven, combine the balsamic vinegar and paprika in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a medium low.
Once the brussels sprouts are out of the oven, saute in the balsamic glaze until crisp or brown.
