Quick and easy way to make a plateful refreshing and flavorful salad. Mixed greens, cucumber, and radish are mixed with basil balsamic dressing, topped with shaved parmesan.

Directions

To make the dressing:

Add the basil, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a small bowl.

Whisk in olive oil slowly until well blended.

To assemble the salad:

Place the greens among the serving plates.

Top with radishes, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.

Drizzle with vinaigrette and top with shaved or grated parmesan cheese.

Serve.
