My grandmother's pancakes and waffles recipe. It has been tried, and tried, and tried, and is true.

Ingredients

2 large eggs
¼ cups vegetable oil
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 dash salt

Directions

Slightly beat eggs.

Stir in oil and buttermilk.

Sift dry ingredients together and stir in.

Bake in greased waffle iron or on hot griddle.
