Grapes, dried apricots, figs, fresh salad greens and cooked turkey breast make a delicious, refreshing yet wholesome salad.

Ingredients

¾ cup grapes, seedless
green
3 each apricots
fresh, cut into eighths

3 each figs, dried
sliced medium thick

½ pound mixed salad greens
mixed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
fresh
1 x salt and black pepper
cracked pepper to taste

1 x olive oil, extra-virgin
to taste

¼ pound turkey breast
sliced, cut into bite size pieces, optinal
3 ounces gorgonzola cheese
or goat cheese

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and serve.

Top with goat or gorgonzola cheese.
