Ingredients

1 each salmon, canned
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 each egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons onion chopped
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Melt butter in skillet; sauté patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
