| 1/3 | cup | cracker crumbs | |

| 2 | tablespoons | onion | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | or margarine |
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Melt butter in skillet; sauté patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
I enjoyed the recipe but I used fresh
samon insted It did not seem that the samon cake held together like I had hoped
