Ingredients

3-4 pounds pork roast
6 each potatoes halved
8 each carrots cut in pieces
1/2 each onion soup mix or 1 onion quartered
1 cup water

Directions

Prepare your vegetables. Place in crockpot in the following order: carrots then potatoes and then your pork roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast. Slow-cook on low for about 10 hours.

Note: You can substitute a beef roast.
