Trim excess fat from pork. Place in slow cooker, sprinkle with onion and marjoram; pour mixture of barbecue sauce and water over; cover. Cook on Low for 10 hours or on High for 5 hours, or until pork is tender when pierced with a fork. Slice hot.

This recipe is really good, although I did substitute whole wheat flour for all purpose. The only thing that I find was missing is the caloric info, they are listed as low fat, but the fat content, calories etc are not there.
