| 2 | pounds | ground beef | or other ground meet |
| 1 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 8 | ounces | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 3 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 3 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | prepared mustard | yellow prepared or dijon |
| 1 1/2 | cup | tomato sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | for seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon | onion powder | for seasoning |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | for seasoning |
Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, 8 oz tomato sauce, egg, My Seasoning, and green pepper. Mix well and place in a loaf pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients. Cook in a saucepan until butter melts. Pour sauce over meat loaf and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. While baking, the sauce needs to be spooned over the meat occasionally.
Note: Make sure you use a pan large enough for the meat and sauce, or the sauce will tend to boil over while it is cooking.

The other night at the restaurant where I work, the executive chef admonished one of the other chefs for not applying enough...
I did not have the corn to add, but I made the rest as described and this was devoured over Christmas. Even by my Mother who despises CANNED green beans. She had 3 servings and asked for the recipe!
