| 5 | ounces | sugar | |
| 2 | ounces | margarine | |
| 2 | x | eggs | |
| 2 | x | bananas | ripe and mashed |
| 8 | ounces | flour, self-rising |
1. Cream sugar, margarine and eggs together.
2. Add 1/3 of flour and mix.
3. Stir in 1/2 banana mixture.
4. Stir in half of remaining flour and then remaining banana.
5. Mix in remaining flour.
6. Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for 50 mins to 1 hour at
gas 5.
7. Remove from tin and allow to cool before serving.
