| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 2 | cups | cake mix | snack |
| 1 | each | egg | eaten |
| 1/3 | cup | milk |
In 8 inch pan, Stir milk, egg and Snack cake mix, Mix with spatula.
In small bowl, toss apples with sugar,juice, and spices.
Press apples rounded sides up in mix.
Drizzle with leftover sugar. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
