Great for breakfast or anytime with a hot cup of java.

Pineapple stuffed empanadas. A delicate pastry style dough with a filling of pineapple and apricot jam. Perfect for afternoon tea or healthy snacks for the kids or guests.

This bread was wonderful. I did change a few things. For half a recipe I used 1 cup of sugar, 4 banana,s, and 1 cup of chopped nuts. I also baked it at 350 and it took approx. a little over an hour. I tested it with a tooth pick. DON'T OVER BAKE!!

Decorated cookies the grownups will love---they're loaded with toasted almonds and candied orange peel.

Sour cream makes this buttery and delicious coffeecake very moist. A layer of blueberries add extra yumminess and fruity taste. Great breakfast or snack with a cup of coffee or tea.

Fresh or frozen strawberries, both work well here, and the shortbread like crust on top gives the nice crunch with the soaked in strawberry juice. It is full of fresh strawberry flavor, and it is so refreshing and tasty. A great fruity dessert.

I just love this cake. Moist and tender !

Be sure to spoon some of the yummy sauce from the bottom of the pan on top of the dumplings after they're baked, and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.

This is my favorite pumpkin pie recipe! I found it years ago, and recently lost it in a move. I was joyous to find it again! I encourage everyone to use fresh pumpkin, just cut into large chunks, steam, then scoop out of peel, easy!

Light, fluffy and chocolaty. Well satisfied all my cravings for something sweet and chocolaty, and the recipe was easy to follow. It was so exciting to watch how these beautiful and elegant souffles puffed up during the baking. Already saved it into my recipe box, will make it again for sure.

This is soooooooo good if you are looking for a bread that tastes like a caramel cinnamon bun. Chocolate or vanilla ingredients can be substituted for the caramel

So yummy, my taste buds are still actively searching the taste of cinnamon, tender apples and warm-oozy cream cheese...

I got this recipe out of a magazine a few years back and I have made it a lot. The person who submitted it said it won her a blue ribbon, she also said she was a six-time Pillsbury Bake-Off finalist. I had no way to confirm this but the recipe sounded good and when I tried it I loved it.
