In this recipe, we use both salsa and tomato sauce to make this quick and delicious chili. We like serve this warm chili over a toasted hamburger bun, but just having it directly from the pot is absolutely divine.

Just had this chilli for supper, and it was so soul-warming and very flavourful. I like the idea of using a mixture of beef and pork, which gives the chili more depth on flavour. Never tried to add beer before, but I also like that too. I can see that I will be making this green chili a lot from now on.

Instead of spaghetti, use spaghetti squash to make this cheesy and succulent casserole that also has browned beef and sauteed vegetables, which is much lower in calories and gluten free.

I love a bowl of hot chili during the long winter time, and this recipe has become my new favourite. It was very flavorful. I love spicy food, so I usually add way more hot sauce :)
