At a recent party everyone gobbled up this satisfying pasta salad loaded with marinated artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted pepper and tortellini. Literally packed with flavor.

We make this pasta salad all the time. It's loaded with the delicious flavors. Sometimes we add some steamed broccoli florets or asparagus, or a few freshly sliced mushrooms.

This delicious and refreshing pasta salad is easy to put together, and it's best served after being chilled, perfect on a hot summer day!

Orzo pasta salad chock full of textures (olives, peppers, sweet green peas) and succulent shrimp simply dressed with olive oil and wine vinegar.

So easy to make, and the dish came out super tasty. Instead of green bell pepper, I used sweet red bell peppers, didn't have mint, so used fresh basil leaves instead. Yum.
