From the Castle Restaurant (Olean, NY) (now out of business). A copycat simplified home cook version that's easy to make.

This is my copycat of the popular salad sold at McDonald's. It's the only thing I eat off their menu and I was anxious to replicate it at home.

Fresh vegetables, seasoned with garlic, salt, sesame oil, olive oil and a touch of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Refreshing and crunchy!

Found this recipe on heatherchristo's blog. It looks beautiful and sounds delicious, I have all the ingredients on hand, and will have to give it a try very soon.

Quick, easy and delicious potato salad to share!

Creamy yet refreshing. The salmon and new potatoes were tossed with a creamy dressing, and it was so tasty.

My version of Bobby Flay's very distinctive southwestern, egg-less potato salad from his restaurant, Mesa Grill. Make sure you pour the sauce over the potatoes while they're still warm to ensure the flavors soak in. This salad goes nicely with grilled meat, poultry or seafood.

A delicious summer standard at our place. Easy to make with a mix of Southern European and Middle Eastern flavours. I use my Cucumber Raita (posted separately) to dress the lamb salad or you can use the quick yoghurt dressing provided here.
