I was a bit skeptical because of the low rating, but I´ve just made pumkin puree yesterday, so I gave them a try... The result was really good: the squares were moist and fluffy, walnut and outmeal gave them a nice crunch. I added some cranberries (just because I had some) and omitted the coconut flakes (didn´t have any). Instead I put some white chocolate on top...
