Shrimp baked in butter, garlic, lemon, parsley with dijon mustard. Classic.
This rib-sticking dish was given to me by a Southern relation.
Great salad, looks elegant but is reasonably easy to put together. Loved the combination of textures, crunchy croutons, slightly spicy rocket (arugula) and perfectly dressed with just a bit of tang from the dressing.
Fluffy light yet firm baked to a perfect soft golden crust.

Super easy marinated shrimp, skewered then grilled to perfection. Great as a warm weather main dish or as an appetizer/hors d'oevres.
A gluten-free flourless chocolate cake to add to your collection of Passover recipes. Pairing orange and chocolate are heavenly in this chocolatey torte.
Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!

Tasty, moist, delicious, not dense!
Because it is made with light margarine spread instead of traditional butter, this dense pound cake is rich and buttery-tasting, but better for you. Top the cake with a drizzle of orange icing.
The BEST and MOST DELICIOUS way to eat a vegetable!
Inspired by the fresh peach tart recipe I made a few days ago, yesterday came out this fresh peach and plum tart recipe. This time I used a lot both freshly seasonal peaches and plums, and also made a 11-inch tart to satisfy my fruit tart craving. It came out beautiful and delicious, definitely the kind of dessert that I love to have in summer!
Almost all my sauce is inside florets and around shrimps. I like it because broccoli florets taste delicious with the quite strong garlic flavor of the sauce.
