Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups zucchini grated
1 cup nuts chopped

Directions

Beat together eggs, oil and sugar. Mix together the dry ingredients until smooth. Mix all together well and spread into greased jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
