| 2 | bunch | scallions, spring or green onions | diced |

| Dressing | |||
| 1/3 | cup | brown rice vinegar | or red wine vinegar |
| 1/3 | cup | olive oil, extra-virgin | |
| 1/4 | cup | barley malt syrup | |
| 1/3 | cup | organic shoyu | |
Cook Spirals as package directs.
Rinse and drain. Add drained beans, diced red pepper, green onions and basil.
Prepare dressing.
Mix into salad and serve.
