Bisquick turns this cheesy spinach bread into a practically instant gratification situation.

Just thaw and squeeze the spinach, stir everything together by hand (no mixer needed), and pour it into a loaf pan.

Forty-five minutes later you’re slicing into a moist, cheese-studded bread that’s part savory quick bread, part Italian frittata, all delicious.

Pro Tips

  • Squeeze thawed spinach until bone-dry or the bread will be soggy
  • Mix by hand, not with a mixer, to keep the texture light and not tough
  • Cube the mozzarella instead of shredding for pockets of melty cheese throughout
  • Serve warm from the oven or at room temperature, both ways are excellent
