Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups onion chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
12 ounces beer
1/2 cup brown sugar firm packed
2 teaspoons red chili peppers to taste
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 each jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
12 ounces tomato paste

Directions

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart pan, reduce heat to low.

Cover.

Teriyaki Marinade and BBQ Sauce

Pretty good sauce. I substituted half of the water with white wine. I preferred a little bit sweeter, though. I marinated chicken thighs with this sauce and broiled them. A keeper.
