Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds smoked turkey breast skinned, cut into 2inch julienne
1 1/2 cups sherry mayonaise
1 x salt and black pepper
3/4 pound jarlsberg cheese julienne
2 cups grapes seedless, red or grn
1 cup celery chopped
1 tablespoon green peppercorns water, packed, drained

Directions

1. Combine turkey, Jarlsberg, grapes and celery in a mixing bowl.

2. Add the Sherry Mayonnaise and toss gently but well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

3. Arrange the salad in serving portions and sprinkle with green peppercorns to taste. Cooked, lightly smoked ham or chicken may be substituted for turkey.
