| 6 | each | peaches | peeled and sliced |
| 1 | cup | white wine | dry |
| Mascarpone cream | |||
| 1 | cup | mascarpone cheese | |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, low-fat | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | peach schnapps | optional |
Place peaches in bowl.
Pour over wine and marinate for 1 hour.
Just before serving, scoop out peaches with a slotted spoon and place in glass bowls or wine glasses.
Top with mascarpone cream.
Mascarpone Cream: Beat together all ingredients.

I have made this chicken many times, it's simple to make, fast and great for company throw a few on the BBQ serve with either a side salad or simple rice and you have yourself a very elegant and very tasty meal.
