| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing, mayonnaise style | |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | ginger | ground |
| 1 | pound | turkey breast | cooked |
| 1 | each | sweet red bell peppers | |
| 1 | cup | snow pea pods | partially cooked |
| 1 | each | carrot | |
| 1 | each | scallions, spring or green onions |
Slice turkey breast and bell pepper into strips.
Slice pea pods lengthwise.
Slice carrot diagonally.
Chop onion.
Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, and ginger in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; chill.
Serve on lettuce-covered platter.

Absolutely great jelly! It received rave reviews! Wonderful served with softened cream cheese on crackers. I tried a mixture of apricots and nectarines it was wonderful too.
