Ingredients

1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
1 pound turkey breast cooked
1 each sweet red bell peppers
1 cup snow pea pods partially cooked
1 each carrot
1 each scallions, spring or green onions

Directions

Slice turkey breast and bell pepper into strips.

Slice pea pods lengthwise.

Slice carrot diagonally.

Chop onion.

Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, and ginger in large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients; chill.

Serve on lettuce-covered platter.

Apricot-Jalapeno Jelly

Absolutely great jelly! It received rave reviews! Wonderful served with softened cream cheese on crackers. I tried a mixture of apricots and nectarines it was wonderful too.
