Ingredients

1 1/2 lb loaf
2 cups bread flour plus 1 tablespoon
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons gluten flour
1 1/8 cups water
5 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
3 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup grapenuts

Directions

Have ingredients at room temperature.

Add in order described by machine manufacturer.

Use light setting.

This makes a tasty tall loaf.

Have to adjust ingredients to your machines specifications.
