| 4 | pounds | ground beef | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | x | seasoning salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | onion salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 1 1/2 | cups | bread crumbs | seasoned |
| 1/3 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| Sauce | |||
| 3 | small cans | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | x | spaghetti sauce seasoning | to taste |
| 1 | x | onion salt | to taste |
| 1 | dash | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | large | onion | sliced |
| 8 | ounces | mushrooms | drained |
| 2 | cups | mozarella cheese, fat-free | shredded |
Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into patties.
Set aside.
To make sauce, sauté onion slices in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine until soft.
Add remaining ingredients for sauce.
Place patties in large baking pan in single layer and pour sauce over.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake one hour at 375 degrees F.
After baking, remove foil, sprinkle each patty generously with the Mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

I made this without the garlic and provolone, and it still turned out great. It delicious despite of my minor baking disaster. There was a glob of old, solidified, banana bread hidden on the bottom of my oven that started smoking like crazy while I was baking the focaccia! I had to stop baking half way through because the smoke was getting too thick...
