| 1 | package | macaroni and cheese | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | soft |
| 3 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 3 | tablespoons | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | scallions, spring or green onions | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | chopped |
| Tomato sauce | |||
| 2 | cans | tomatoes, stewed, canned | |
| 1 | each | basil | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
Prepare macaroni mix and stir in rest of ingredients except tomato sauce.
Pour mixture into greased 8 in. square pan and bake in 350 F oven 30-40 minutes or until firm.
Meanwhile prepare tomato sauce. Remove squares from oven and let set for 5 min.
Cut in squares and serve with tomato sauce.

A basic cut-out cookie recipe. I didn't use milk, so the cookies were more crispy. I also added lemon peel. Maybe lemon icing would be good for decorating the cookies.
