| 1 | cup | whipped topping, prepared | |

| 1 | Jar | caramel ice cream topping |
Prepare and bake cake according to box directions.
Use 9x12 cake pan.
While warm, poke holes halfway into cake about 1-inch apart.
Pour sweetened condensed milk into holes.
Pour caramel topping over cake and refrigerate.
Once cooled, top with Cool Whip and crushed Heath candy.
Refriqerate overnight.
